We ship orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the items in your cart.

Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We email you a confirmation when the order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination. Customs duties, import taxes and fees, where they apply, are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at owner@beondyxhk.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
