**Returns and refunds**

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, email owner@beondyxhk.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Conditions
- The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- Opened items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted.
- Software, subscriptions and service plans (for example a Starlink service plan) are not covered, because they are bought from a third party.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
